DENM, a new comer DJ/Producer is situated in California, Santa Barbara and he released his debut EP “Dreamhouse” last year. Since his debut, he soon reached over 10 million plays on Spotify, Soundcloud, Apple Music and Youtube, shooting himself high into the Dance Music scene. His release “Green” was played in the rapidly expanding transportation network company, Uber’s TV commercial in 2016 as well, receiving external support and not only internal. He will be another player who will not take long to start travelling the world for his shows and let’s get to know the new comer and soon to be super star in the Dance Music scene.
Q1. How is your 2017 so far?
Its been pretty good! just working harder than ever and making some of the best music of my life. it's gonna be a wild ride that's for sure haha.
Q2. We heard your debut EP "Dreamhouse" already received over 10M combined streams. How do you feel about that?
It feels really good! I'm super amped that there's millions of people around the world enjoying the tunes. I bet a 100 million plays feels way better tho hahaha. but I am enjoying the process for sure.
Q3. We also freshly released remixed of "Lit" and "Green". Can you tell us more about them and the concept behind the release?
There wasn't too much vision behind it honesty haha. just wanted some dope producers to make some dope remixes so people could enjoy the songs in a fresh way while the new music is getting cooked up.
Q4. Who or what is the most musically influenced to you? If so, why is that?
I mean it's hard to narrow it down to one. music raised me and has helped shape me into the man I am today. I love music that feels like a time or a place. something that influences a culture. so I don't know man Toronto scene has been insane. frank ocean is easily one of my favorite artists of all time. just people who are honest and making cool art i guess.
Q5. What’s coming next for you?
The FUTURRREEEE haha.. sitting on about 20 new songs and just writing like a machine to get better and better. I'm aggressively going after this dream and I wanna get it all. I've been working with amazing people and I'm just trynna make good convicting art.
Q6. Is there anything when it comes down to your daily routines and music production habits that people would be surprised about?
Not really. people that work with me know I just work hard. I'd say I have a pretty intense work ethic..

Not only does DENM’s releases hit high up in the chart every time but he is also supported by Kaskade, Milky Chance and also The Chainsmorkers and he definitely creates and delivers his own world through music. He mentioned that he is excited for hosting a show here in Japan and that day to come in the near future.
