Another new comer from the land of EDM, the Netherlands had interest in music from the very young age and he still continues to pursue his passion. Since 2008, he started producing and released his first single from Spinnin’ Records/Oxygen. Making a great start lead to quickly receiving support from the top players, Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto, Markus Schulz, Judge Jules, Sander Van Doorn, Gareth Emmery and more. He continues to expand and experience bigger stages with his exceptional skills. Let’s see what he has to say to his fans.

Q1. We heard your new track “Eclipse” is stored on 27th of January. Can you tell us more about it?

First of all thank you for having me on this interview! “Eclipse” is my latest release on High Contrast Recordings and it is a track that came to me when I was watching the eclipse last year!

Q2. What was the best experience of 2016? How has your 2017 been so far?

The best experience in 2016 was the birth of my daughter and if we talk about music I think the moment when Armin van Buuren played “Livin The Dream” at A State Of Trance 750 when I walked in the mainstage, knowing that I had just send the track a few days before ASOT.

2017 has already been a successful start with the A State Of Trance performance very soon and some upcoming gigs and tracks coming up it’s looking very good for 2017!

Q3. When did you decide to start producing music and what/who inspired you?

In 2008 I started to try and see what I could make with what is called music. Armin van Buuren, Tiësto,  Markus Schulz and many more inspired me to become a producer and DJ.

Q4. How do you get the inspiration from when producing music?

It can be from everything! Depending on what happens in my life, could be the birth of my daughter or while traveling, watching the sunrise or a film. All events in life can inspire me. Actually everything where emotions are involved with, you can express with music both positive or negative, you can make something beautiful out of it.

Q5. Since DJ Mag started to vote "Top 100 Clubs", I want to ask you what are your favourite clubs and why?

I like Pacha, Space, Amnesia, Omnia, TAO, ZOUK, Ministry Of Sound and AVALON these are all legendary clubs where you want to play as a DJ and by the history they have that gives them a special energy and atmosphere. The biggest names are playing there, hopefully I will also be a name added to that list.

Q6. What is DJ Mag to you as a DJ and producer?

The magazine is interesting to keep up with news about the DJ and Producer scene and for a lot of people this is the most important list to see who the new #1 DJ of the world is. Always nice to see who has the most devoted fans in the world or best marketing strategy.

Q7. Do you have anything you want to say in particular or want to promote?

My new track “Cycle Of Life” will be out on the 10th of February on Armind Recordings and hopefully I will see some of you during my performance at A State Of Trance Festival in Utrecht!

Q8. Please leave a message for your fans in Japan.

I want to say thanks for all your support and hopefully we will meet soon during a gig in Japan or somewhere on the globe! Become a Radiator and let’s Radiate the world with Trance together!

Armin Van Buuren who has been ranked as 4th in DJ MAG TOP 100 DJs 2016 has announced Radion6 as “one of the hottest producers of the moment” during A State of Trance Festival. He receives great support from Armin Van Buuren and is now rapidly climbing up the ladder to join the elites in the scene. Radion6, a new comer is going to explode and grow bigger than ever this year so stay tuned.
