Q1. We’re glad to interview with you! How has this year been treating you so far?

Thanks for the opportunity, really appreciate it! This year has been amazing so far. There have been a lot of ups and downs but I’ve managed to pick it back up and now I feel like I’m on the right path. I’m lucky to have such great support from friends and family. 

Q2. Please talk to us about your new single ‘Colors’ and the inspiration behind it. 

I’ve spent a lot of time on ‘Colors’ and it’s taken almost a year to finish. I was so happy and excited before the release and it’s amazing now to see the concept brought to life on one of the biggest labels in the industry – Revealed Recordings. I really hope that this song and the music that I make will mean something to people, or at least make them happy!

Q3. How is this track special compared to other tracks you’ve released throughout your career?

Every track that I produce is special to me because there is so much work that goes into it behind the scenes; every sound, every chord and every melody have been composed with care. With ‘Colors’ I tried something a little different to my usual production style – I tried to innovate my sound in the drops whilst keeping the same vibe and this was probably the most challenging part of the production process for this track.

Q4. What's coming from Wasback in the coming months? 

I have another release coming out in the next month! We are also in talks with labels and collaborations for a few more of my tracks. Aside from the releases, I will be announcing a few shows in some of Europe’s most famous clubs shortly, then heading back to Asia for some shows. Hopefully I’ll be playing in Japan soon as I’ve heard that it’s such an amazing country and that the EDM scene there is crazy! So I’m really looking forward to sharing my music with all of the EDM fans there!

Japan is definitely one of my favourite countries so I can’t wait to come and party with you guys!!
