Q1. Afrojack and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano teamed up for a massive club edit of your ‘Bring It Back’ track! How did this project come about? Any behind the scene stories that you can share?

Thanks for having us! We actually started working on it over a year ago. The basic structure was already there and we liked the bass and the impact of the drop so when we had studio sessions with Afrojack he suggested to ask Sunnery & Ryan for some groovy elements.

We´ve met them in the past at Ultra Beach in Hvar when they took over the stage after us. So we reached out and they added some amazing tribal elements to the song.

We finished it up in Afrojack´s studio and he made the edit totally fire with some bleepy sounds!

Q2. Can we expect more collabs with them? Any exciting new projects coming up that you can tell us more about?

We are having an amazing vocal track with Afrojack coming up that´s gonna be out in April also including a music video. We are pretty excited for this and super happy with the wonderful voice of Emmalyn!

There´s so much more music upcoming because we had a very productive time this winter. So many studio sessions in Dubai and we have been working on music almost 24/7 to make sure you guys can get the best tracks we ever made! Hint: Afrojack premiered an iD on Ultra this year so stay tuned on our socials ;)

Q3. Do you still remember what it was like playing Japan for the first time? What was your most surprising or impressive experience? Is there something within your expectation in Japan?

Japan was so fascinating to us right from the start. It´s one of our favourite countries to play in the world.

The people are so polite and friendly but they really know how to party in the club! Next level energy!

Our craziest experience was to be recognized in Shibuya on the streets of Tokyo. It is one of the biggest cities in the world and some people knew who we were even before we arrived at the club!

Q4. Can you pick 1 or 2 must play tracks in your current sets and explain why?

Nonsens - Make It Pop (crazy energy, jacking bass house, always love that)

Dog Blood - Turn Off the Lights (Skrillex and Boys Noize are just genius producers, the drums are so awesome in this one)

Q5. Please leave a message for your fans in Japan.

You guys are one of the coolest fans we´ve ever met! Tokyo was on fire last time so we hope to party hard with you again many more times in the future! Cannot wait to be back in Nippon! Arigato!
