Q1. Please talk to us about your latest release and the inspiration behind it.

My latest release is a remix of the worldwide hit “Taki Taki” by DJ Snake, Selena Gomez, Cardi B & Ozuna. I proposed an idea to KEVU and we started working on it, I think we were one of the firsts to remix the track, the track reached 1.000.000 streams on Soundcloud and has been supported by Hardwell, W&W, Timmy Trumpet, Maurice West & many more.. we are really happy with the track. The track has been released as a free download on Soundcloud, make sure to check it :)

Q2. How is this track special compare to other tracks you’ve released throughout the career?

For me it is really important to be supported by great artists that I admire and that I see as an inspiration, of course the most important thing is that you like the track yourself & that you enjoy playing it live but if the track is also supported by DJ’s you really admire there is definitely a difference & a major motivation.

Q3. Can you pick 1 or 2 must plays in your sets in this summer and why?

Well the Summer is a bit far from now but at the moment I really like the new Hardwell & Dannic collab “Chase The Sun” just cause the name make sense on Summer (i’m kidding) I really love the overall vibe, the melody & the drop, great release. The new Armin Van Buuren, W&W & DVLM “Repeat After” is another track I like at the moment, why? Cause it’s a beautiful stadium track, to which you can chant, clap, wave hands & with lot of energy at the same time, keeps you alert all the time. Great festival track.

Q4. What was your first impression of Japan? What was the most surprising or impressive experience? Something within your expectation?

Not too many people knows this but I always wanted to live in Japan since I was a kid. As a 90’s kid I was a big fan of the animes “Dragon Ball Z’, “Saint Seiya”, “Pokemon” & so on but besides that I really love the Japanese culture, the Japanese food & the beautiful country. I’m very grateful that music brought me to Japan, since 2014 i’ve been playing at Ultra Japan in Tokyo which is one of my favourite shows every year. Besides Tokyo I also had the chance to be playing in a few cities in Japan like (Okinawa, Osaka, Nagoya) I really love Japan.

The most surprising/impressive experience in Japan? I would be lying if I don’t say Ultra Japan but every club I played was a really good experience too. Something within my expectation? The love for the music, the kindness & energy of the people in Japan. Japan is one of a kind, I only have good words for this beautiful country.
