Q1. We’re glad to interview with you again! How has this year been so far?

This year has been amazing! I started working in my new studio a lot since January and I'm very happy with the music that's on it's way! Also the touring has been great, it seems my shows are getting bigger each year and the support is still growing, so that makes me very happy!

Q2. Please talk to us about your latest release ‘Solid’ and the inspiration behind it.

I actually started the project in a tutorial I did for 789ten.com. The tutorial is still online and you can see how I came up with the melody, chords and some of the sound. The chords and organ sounds mostly are inspired from 'Sky and Sand' by Paul Kalkbrenner. Not that I compare Solid to that track, but it gives you an idea how my inspiration can work sometimes. I was influenced by the good summer vibes in that track. Other than that you can here some trance influences, the lead sound for example. I'm very happy with the end result.

Q3. How is this track special compare to other tracks you’ve released in the last few months?

I feel like this track is a bit more towards progressive and bigroom than the other tracks I released this year. Not that I really try to do that, I just make all kinds of music I like and try not to think in genres or styles. So I just like to make the music that I feel like making in the moment.

Q4. Can you pick 1 or 2 must plays in your recent sets and why?

Toby Green - Ready. This track has such a good vibe, because it reminds me of some oldschool tracks. Also it works really well on every stage, every festival or every club.

Q5. Any exciting new projects coming up that you can share with us?

I wish I could take you into my studio and show you all the stuff I have finished and still have to finish. There are exciting new melodies coming up and original tracks!

Q6. Please leave a message for your fans in Japan.

Dear fans in Japan, I hope to be back very soon. I played in your country 3 times now and every time it gets better. I love your hospitality and the fact that so many of you like my music!
