Australia-based young genius Will Sparks, “Prince of Bounce music” got recognized as No,1 Australian Dj from this industry. At DJ MAG TOP 100 DJs 2017, He was slid into #83 and keep performing in international stage as DJ/Producer. We made chance to interview with the genius professional creator with well-Known track “Ah Yeah!”, “Bring It Back” and “Catch” and ask questions for young Japanese DJ/Producers.

Q1. How is the dance music scene evolving?

It’s always changing. Radio won’t play anything but slow vocal bendy tribal music. Crowds will only go hard if you go hard. So music is getting quicker, more ‘full on’ Love how the psy trance style is becoming well known. Always been my favourite. Brazilian bass is gonna turn even cooler too

Q2. How do you see the Japanese market?

The Japanese market for me is just so passionate. Every time I’m there people create gifts, costumes and signs all themed! The time and effort that goes in blows my mind. I’m keen to get back there.

Q3. What would be essential for Japanese DJ/Producers to enter the European market?

Just go there! Dj mag is another thing. You could mingle at ADE. But what it all comes down to is if your music is played and loved in the European countries.

Q4. Please talk in details about your ‘success story’. (How you grew up, debuted as a DJ/Producer, life changing episode, daily routines etc)

Well I started in my bedroom, with a computer and the internet. I loved going out and listening to the music djs played in Melbourne. So much that I introduced myself to them all and began to create close relationships with the promoters and owners of each individual club. As I progressed, my music got recognised. Then people wanted to booked me. Life changing moment was meeting my manager Luke who took all these requests for me, making me into the person I am today. Without him being a business man. I wouldn’t be a business, man
