Max Styler, as we remember, came to Japan and perform with Steve Aoki at the event “WIRED X” in Nagashima spa Dome, Mie prefecture. Also, as one of the member of Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak, He delivered high quality excitement to dance music scene with his songs and performance. Q1. Please tell us about your inspirations behind "All Your Love".
All Your Love is a little step away from my usual trap stuff and more about fusing house and future bass together as one. I’ve really been into house and future house music lately and wanted to put my own twist on it!
Q2. How was last year? What was your best experience of 2017?
Last year was awesome. It was the best year yet for me as an artist. The family grew larger, as well as my technical ability. I was fortunate to travel to new parts of the world and work with many new talented people on music.
Q3. Do you have any resolutions for 2018?
Pet more dogs.
Q4. Can you pick 1 or 2 must plays in your sets and why?
Honestly “All Your Love” has been a must play for me for the past few months. It’s been doing great at my shows. Also I’d have to say Twerl’s song Stay has been another must play for me. Both songs always go off really hard at my shows.
Q5. Please leave a message for your fans in Japan.
I was so fortunate to be able to come to Japan last year and play Wired Festival and I can’t wait to come back this year. I was sad that I was only able to spend one day there last year but I hope to spend much more time in Japan this year! On top of shows I’ve got lots of new music in the works that you’ll be hearing soon so keep a look out for that :)
